Villa Son Roig is a typically-Majorcan located in the countryside, not far from the small village of Sant Joan (Mallorca) and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. It impresses guests with its beautiful stone walls, and has been beautifully-decorated in a rustic style while also offering everything you need for your holidays. This two-storey villa consists of 3 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a kingsize bed, 1 with a queensize bed and one with 2 queensize beds and a kingsize bed) a as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include WiFi, fans, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (upon request). One of the favourite spots of the guests is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area, with a beautiful garden, an 80m² pool surrounded by sunbeds and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors in the large dining table. You will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of San Joan, just a five-minute drive away (2.3 km), while the closest beach, Cala Estany d’En Mas can be reached after a 34-minute drive (33 km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are a 32-minute drive away (36 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.
