Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks.

Casa Solana is a beautiful 2,800 m² Andalusian house located just 10 minutes from Cómpeta. It features a private pool, Wi-Fi, and stunning sea views. The roads leading to the house are mostly paved, with the final 500 meters being a slightly bumpy dirt road. The winter garden offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, and there is ample parking, including a covered parking area. It also includes a renovated outdoor kitchen and a mobile barbecue.

A large winter garden connects seamlessly to the living room and adjoining dining area for six, equipped with optional internet. The living space includes a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a wood stove, and underfloor heating in key areas, powered by a new photovoltaic system.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern conveniences like a dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, and more.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations with built-in closets and private bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Bed dimensions are 2 m x 0.90 m. A fourth room, not accessible to guests, will remain locked.

The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October.
Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement.
Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure. Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site.. Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
