The flats are located in the central building of the Campeg Parco Adamello.
Flat Adamello 13 is located on the outskirts of Pinzolo and boasts a quiet location in the mountains. The lovely flat consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, a bedroom on the wooden mezzanine floor with a double bed and a single bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Double bed and a single bed, a wooden sofa bed (2 singles) in the living room to accommodate 5 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a coffee machine with pods, mocha, kettle, microwave and cable TV. In the flat you will also find 3 towels per guest, a toilet kit (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a welcome breakfast kit (coffee pods, jam, croissants, rusks, sugar, fruit juice, water and milk). A communal barbecue is also available. There is also a washing machine, and
dryers, an iron and a storage room for skis and boots, all shared with other guests on the campsite. There is also a children's playground and a dog area on the property.
Inside the campsite you will find a pizzeria/bar and mini-market which are only open in the high season. There is a restaurant at the entrance to the campsite which is always open. The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away (850 m). In about 4 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Pinzolo, which offers a further selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Public transport is about 1 km away, and a private bus to the ski slopes can be arranged upon request. A sports centre with tennis, basketball and football courts and a gym can be reached within an 11-minute walk (800 m). The facility is also located near a river and a cycle track in the area. The campsite on which the facility is located is fenced off. The property has private parking for one car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For longer stays the bed linen and towels are changed once a week at no extra cost. Extra cleaning must be arranged with reception. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (the entire property is pet-friendly). If you bring your dog, you will receive a small welcome gift with dog biscuits. Dog bowls are available upon request (free of charge) or a dog sitter can be booked. A dog salon is located 1 km away in the centre of Pinzolo. A first-aid kit is available at the hotel.
