The cozy “Ferienwohnung bei Marta” is perfectly located in the center of Radolfzell, a picturesque town on the shores of beautiful Lake Constance.
The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with largely unused appliances, a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people.
On prior request, a 4th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Further amenities include fans.
Due to its central location, the nearest supermarket is only 240 m (3 minutes' walk) away, while restaurants, cafés and bars are only 4 minutes' walk (350 m) from the apartment.
The nearest lido, Strandbad Mettnau, is 2.3 km (5 minutes by car or 6 minutes by bus from the Villa Bosch bus stop, which is a 10-minute walk away) from the apartment.
As the train station is only a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) away, the city of Constance can be easily reached by train in 32 minutes.
From Radolfzell it is approx. 25 minutes (23 km) by car.
The owner of the house runs the restaurant “im Anglerheim” 2.9 km (7 minutes by car) from the apartment and is always happy to welcome guests to the apartment for lunch or dinner.
Parking is available in the underground garage for an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The washing machine can be used.

Very small bathroom and bedroom. The outdoor space was very adequate. There were kayaks, stand-up board with paddles, and paddle boat, but no life preservers.
The grounds manager was helpful and kind as was the owner.
Schöne, helle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung.
