Near the eastern coast of Lanzarote, the holiday home Villa La Petit is located in the village of Guatiza and boasts a spectacular pool area. The 250 m² home consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a king size bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair.
Your spacious outdoor area has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation: a large, refreshing pool, a terrace with sun loungers, a ping pong table, a covered dining area and barbecue for delicious meals and a garden planted with some tropical vegetation.
A supermarket and a selection of restaurants and shops are located 600 m or an 8-minute walk from the property. You can reach the rocky coast in about 2.5 km or 5-minute drive and the popular beach Playa de las Cucharas is about 12 km or a 15-minute drive away in Costa Teguise.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
