The modern Villa Atzur is located in Son Serra de Marina with a beautiful ocean view on the eastern side of the mallorcan island. The house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each with a king-size bed) as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television and a highchair. Enjoy the private outdoor area and have a cup of coffee in the morning on one of the two terraces (covered and uncovered) or have a nice cocktail by the pool, while preparing a barbecue with your beloved ones in the furnished garden. The nearest beach (Platja de l´Home Mort) is only 410 meters away and can be reached within a few-minute walk. Many other beaches along the coast are also reachable with short 10-15 minutes drives (Platja de Na Patana, Playa de Muro). Restaurants and Cafes as well as Bars are located in the area and only take a 5-minute walk. You can also find the closest supermarket 450 m away (6 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car).

Parking spaces are available on the property (private garage) as well as on the street.
