The charming holiday apartment “Tomeu Mercuri” is located in Puerto de Alcúdia and it impresses guests with its excellent location very close to the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment also offers a nice little balcony where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee. Due to its excellent location you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity, while the closest beach, Playa de Alcúdia, is just 280m away (a one-minute walk). Here guests can relax on the sand with a good book, take a refreshing dip in the sea or stroll along the coast. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 44 minutes driving (61.7km).

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There are security cameras in the apartment but they are turned off when the guests are there (they are only recording when the apartment is empty). All taxes are included in the price.
