The private outdoor area with mountain views boasts a garden, a covered terrace with a dinner table and a stone barbecue for delicious home-cooked dinners. After a 10-minute drive (9.5 km) to Costa Rei, you will find wonderful sandy beaches with clear blue water. More scenic beaches are situated along the coastline of the Villasimius peninsula and Cala Caterina, a 25-minute drive (20 km) south of the property. The region’s hilly landscape is also ideal for hiking or cycling activities, while the bustling city of Cagliari lies a 55-minute drive (55 km) west of the villa, and the international airport is a 60-minute drive (60 km) from the holiday home.
