Also close to the Avenida Marítima, as well as the Calle Real, an open commercial and banking area, the famous San Ginés puddle, the Puente de las Bolas, the Castles of San Gabriel and San José, and the famous marina La Marina, which receives mega yachts.
This property has free private parking for guests, as well as free parking for bicycles.
