The villa, located in La Fustera, enjoys sea - mountain views. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet.
Ground floor:
There are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning in each of them of which 3 have their own bathroom and toilet.

Large living/dining room with table, sofas and air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker.
TV room with table football.
You can watch 4k TV with Astra, Spanish channels, 300 DVDs in different languages. International Library.
Pool level with large garden and terraces. Covered terrace, charcoal Weber barbecue and teak table for up to 10 people. rande terrace with huge shade sail opening onto the garden.
Another fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, coffee maker and fridge.
The pool is very private with a heated shower. Sun loungers and 2 high quality umbrellas.
The pool can be heated ( +-26°c ) at an additional cost.
