Located in Riotorto, the charming holiday apartment Montecristo offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse. The 65 m² property, located on the second floor with no elevator, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal.
Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car.
In addition to accommodating 4 adults, the property can host 2 children, who would sleep on a double sofa bed.
A parking space is available on the property.
The entrance to the property is on the 2nd floor and the building has no elevator.
The property has a step-free interior.
