This 400 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them opens directly out to the pool), as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the whole villa, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request (no extra cost).
Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, an open terrace and a barbecue.
A communal pool is also available for you.
Nearby recommendations include Fañabé Beach, Duque Beach, El Duque Shopping Center, Siam Park, and Siam Mall.
A parking space is available in a garage.
