The apartment also has a terrace of approx. 30 m², sheltered from the wind, with magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. This property also offers free fiber optic WiFi, and is in a very relaxing area ideal for teleworkersa. Furthermore, directly behind the apartment there is a private storage room for sports equipment (kite, wing, surf, bicycles). Rigged Sails can be stored in the storage room. The private parking space in the garage is directly accessible from the apartment. As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hair dryer and an ironing set are included.
