The holiday home "Casa Butcher", which is situated in Mazarrón, overlooks the nearby mountain.
This 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in the living/dining room and in the main bedroom, a fan, a washing machine as well as cable TV with streaming services.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Enjoy relaxing mountain views while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones!
As you enter the Camposol golf estate, there is a large supermarket (Consum) which is open from 9:00 am until 9:30 pm (closed on Sundays).
A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
The property has a step-free interior.
Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible, please contact us and check before booking.
A copy of the passport for every guest is required, staying here at least 48 hours before their arrival. So that we can register them with the Guardia Civil police (legal requirement in Spain).
If you are likely to arrive outside of these opening hours (or don't want to have to stop and buy groceries on your way to the house), we can arrange for a welcome pack to be in the house on your arrival. Ordered at least 3 days before your arrival.
