The 60 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot is also available (upon request) for a fee.
The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony.A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace and a
barbecue, is also available for your use.
Located close to the centre of Olhos de Água and 10 minutes from the centre of Albufeira, this property is just 100 meters from a grocery store and a snack bar. It is 1 km from the nearest restaurant and only 2 km from Falesia Beach.
A playground is also located nearby and the property is a short walk from public transport links.
Private parking is available upon request and for an extra fee.
Pets are allowed (upon request) for a fee.
Air conditioning is not available.
The property has a step-free interior.
