In Villasimius, the holiday home "La Casa della Pavoncella" offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) and an outdoor shower.
The property is located a 15-minute walk from the centre of Villasimius where you will find all essential services. Furthermore, the beaches Spiaggia di Simius and Spiaggia di Porto Giunco can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Free parking is available on the street.
The accommodation does not overlook the communal pool and therefore enjoys more privacy.
Please, note that the rocking chair shown in the photos is not available.
Families with children are welcome.
