Located in Villasimius, the vacation home "Attico il Mandorleto" boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. Internally, the penthouse is 50 m² and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
Available amenities include TV, air conditioning, and washing machine.
The private outdoor area includes a large 40m² terrace that is half covered and equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade.
The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Villasimius with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy.
Simius beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Porto Giunco beach is a 10-minute drive from the vacation home.
A large garage for guests completes the property, and free street parking is still available.
Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed.
Guests are asked to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 11 pm).
