The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (with a double and a single bed) and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning in every room, a fan as well as a shared washing machine (for up to 9 kg).
Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden with fruit trees, two more terraces with a table football table and a table tennis table, a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The apartment is 100 m from multiple bus stops, 150 m from the sea, the city centre, and the Santa Cesarea Terme. You can access the beach via stairs, and there are sulfur swimming pools as well as beaches with services nearby: Gli Archi beach and il Caicco. A spa centre is located 150 m from the property.
Free parking is available on the street.
