The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and offers space for 2 people.
WLAN and a TV are available.
The holiday apartment offers a private balcony. The holiday flat is located directly at the cross-country skiing trail in winter, at various hiking trails in summer and offers a view of the Hohe Munde, the Stubai Alps and the Gaistal.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the accommodation. A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Bringing pets is allowed on request.
A ski storage room is available in the basement.
Guests of the property enjoy seasonal benefits: free use of the cross-country skiing trails in the area (Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen Reith, Seefeld, Scharnitz) and a complimentary ski bus ticket (from December to March) and free daily 4-hour entry to the Alpenbad swimming pool in Leutasch (from May to October).
