In San Colombano Certenoli, the holiday apartment 'La Fermenteria' offers an excellent view of the mountains. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
A shared outdoor area consisting of a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue, is also available for your use.
The property also boasts a pool (available from the end of June).
On the mountain Ramaceto there are paths for running, walking, and cycling. There is a small supermarket 10 min away on foot that sells essentials (cheese, vegetables, fruits, and other products) and that is ideal for small grocery. In addition, there is a farmhouse 5 min away on foot. A bar and a restaurant are also in the near vicinity.
