The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and a playroom with a table tennis game, and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the playroom, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot is available upon request.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace that offers wonderful mountain views, a barbecue, and a playground.
The beach is a short 5-minute drive away and Tarajalejo can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
