Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen nach Osten und Westen;

Sehr kühler Empfang durch die Freundin des Vermieters;
Mitunter sehr geringer Wasserdruck bei der Duschbrause;
Statt einen Kleiderschrank gab es nur Regale;
Die Aussichten von der Terrasse und des Balkons könnten durch schönere Gestaltung des Gartens verbessert werden.
