In 2000 began the impressive renovations that lasted 5 years- from each barn was created an apartment- 7 in all- all with different characteristics .
Large green spaces- swimming pool- restaurant- spa area complete the structure immersed in the countryside.

Arezzo is 20 km away and is a historic town with many things to visit. In Arezzo was filmed the Oscar-winning movie," Life is Beautiful" with Roberto Benigni. Also in an hour's time you can reach Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, Florence and many other places!!! Tuscany is one of the richest regions of wonderful history and nature!!!
