The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and sleeps 2 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning and washing machine.
A crib and highchair are available upon request.
Your private outdoor area includes a furnished covered terrace.
You also have at your disposal a shared outdoor area with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and outdoor shower.
It takes only 1 minute to walk to the nearest beach.
The city center is 5 minutes from the apartment. In the area there are restaurants and supermarkets.
Public transport links are within walking distance.
Free parking is available on the street and shared private community parking.
