You will be close to the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, its beach and its activities.

You will find near a pebble beach and sports activitiesmultiple: sailing boat, windsurfing, water skiing, wake-boarding, scuba diving, fishing, golf (10 minutes from that of Talloires and 10km from that of Giez), horse riding, summer tobogganing, tennis, hiking, Mountain biking, cycling (cycle path 1 km away; direction Aravis, or direction Annecy with lakeside extension / Faverges / Ugine).

For the winter season: downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and why not dog sledding!
The most beautiful ski resorts in the region, such as Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, are barely 25 km away (30 mins by car).

You can practice a paragliding flight from the beautiful view of the lake from 'the Col de la Forclaz'.
In August the lake festival in Annecy and its fireworks, world famous pyrotechnic show in Talloires and even the famous 'sound and light' shows of the castle of Menthon St Bernard in summer.
In winter we are a few kilometers from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand.
