Surrounded by a park full of flowers and trees, with its swimming pool (unheated, we swim until mid-October and from the beautiful weekends of May), you'll enjoy a pleasant location for the comfort of up to 6 people.
The R.D.C. features a spacious living area with sofa, flat-screen TV and free WiFi; an open-plan kitchen equipped with microwave, gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and other appliances. This bright space gives direct, level access to the south-facing covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool, a real room for sunny days.
A large shower room with walk-in shower and washbasins, as well as a washing machine and separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, including an attic room with 160cm bedding, a second with 140cm bedding and a walk-through room with 2 90cm beds, plus a second shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy an annex equipped with an outdoor kitchen with gas, sink, fridge, gas plancha, wood or charcoal BBQ, as well as a room with a tiled shower and toilet, and in the garden area a solar shower and sun loungers.

Périgord is a region of many and varied discoveries, with its castles and beautiful typical houses, the Proumeyssac chasm, sports and leisure activities, and local produce prepared with care in the town's finest restaurants.
From your gîte, you can drive to the gastronomic markets and festive events of Bergerac, Eymet and Issigeac, the wine route, wine cellars, visit the Château de Bridoire where you'll spend unforgettable moments, the corn maze, medieval villages, bastides, the Château de Monbazillac to discover vineyards and grapes (tasting offered) are 15mn away.
You can go canoeing in Gardonne (8kms), take a gabarre down the Dordogne River from the quays of Bergerac, visit the old town and immortalize your visit with a selfie in front of the statue of Cyrano de Bergerac.
The Vigiers international golf course is also waiting for you to discover golf or play a free round in a remarkable setting, where you can relax in the VIP lounge bar and restaurant.
The villa's geographical location gives us quick access to BERGERAC airport (15 minutes for international flights), major roads (A89) and the SNCF train station.
