Situated in a very quiet urbanisation next to a children's playground,
the property of 88 m² and with a terrace of 90 m² consists of a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet, and a large private terrace with views to the sea, castle and Sierra Nevada. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV 50‘’, ducted air conditioning. Cot available. Children's pool and swimming pool with waterfall in communal areas. Very close to the old town, town hall, health centre, shops,restaurants. Beaches 1km away. Free parking available in the immediate vicinity. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the property and events are not allowed. There are security cameras and audio recording audio recording devices on the premises. The building has lift. Easy access to the motorway.
