The holiday home Entre plages à 2kms et forêt with step-free access is located in Saint Jean de Monts and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The 40 m² property features a living area with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a TV. A ping-pong table is also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot is available for an extra fee. Please note, there is no air conditioning.
The rental offers a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace and barbecue.
Enjoy a peaceful setting, 300 m from the forest and 2 km from the beach, sheltered by mimosas.
Independent 40 m² accommodation, for four to six guests.
Other notes: Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
However, two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area (130x190). Please note, the property is located on the grounds of the main residence, so the garden is shared in a friendly atmosphere, with dining and relaxation spaces arranged on each side for privacy.
