Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday home Casa Vargas is located in Pedrezuela. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor area featuring a pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower.
Guests can take advantage of a pool (open from June 15 to September 15).
The nearby area offers a go-kart circuit, a reservoir, a nautical club with sailing possibilities, and horseback riding trails. Public transport links are located within walking distance of the vacation home.
Free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 3 pets are allowed (for a fee).
Smoking, playing music outdoors, and celebrating events are not allowed.
