The holiday apartment Nel cuore di Arona- Via Pertossi is located in Arona and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
The host offers a private garage that may be available for an additional fee.
The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
