"Suite Ponte Vecchio" is a beautiful vacation home (75 sqm) with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet, totally renovated to new in July '24. Located in a quiet but strategic location, near the Ponte Coperto less than 5 minutes walk from the center. Conveniently accessible by transportation or car as needed, possibility in area for parking [FREE PARKING].
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, in two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. "Suite Ponte Vecchio" is located in the center of Pavia (Italy) and only 43 km away from Milan. Convenient to reach, by transportation, FFSS Pavia to Milan Rogoredo (MM 3 Yellow) and Linate airport shuttle as well as tangential access to Milan Rho Fiera.

The main entrance to the Suite, is located on the third floor overlooking the main street. The Suite is very bright and quiet. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning as well as Wi-Fi internet.
It includes: entrance hall, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.
- Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen, dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle in addition to dishes, pots and utensils.
- Bedroom "Azure":
Double bed, capacious closet, bedside tables and lamps, smartworking desk, armchair, TV cabinet and SmartTv
- "Green" bedroom:
double bed, capacious closet, bedside tables and lamps, smartworking desk, Tv cabinet and SmartTv
- Bathroom:
sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer.
