The vacation home is in a secluded location on the edge of the Franconian Forest and offers a beautiful view of its own small pond. The 60 m² accommodation consists of a spacious living area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a walk-through bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a small bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, as well as a 70 cm wide bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. The equipment includes indoor and outdoor toys. The accommodation has a large, fenced, private garden, a surrounding covered terrace and a barbecue, as well as a fire pit for free use. Public transport is within walking distance. Supermarket: 2.6 km away. Bus stop 1.4 km away. Irish pub 1.4 km away. Restaurant 1.9 km away. Train station 1.9 km away. Kulmbach 8 km away.
